PRIVATE PARTY is an immersive, partially scripted, wildly improvised satirical, absurdist, and subversive performance, but the coolest thing about it, is it is actually really fun. Like, instead of going out one night, and going to a performance another night, but all in one place!

Part variety show and part happening; follow as a group of artists come together to confront the bureaucracy of making art in society today over a ton of drinks, food, and tricks!

Originally premiered at the Public Theater with a sold out run, and followed by encore performances at We Are Here, this immersive dinner mixes reality with absurdism and surprise, and turns into a fever dream of a night. Magicians, poets. stand up comics, aquatic romance, drinks, tattoos, electronic music, geopolitics, insanity, and so much more (if you could believe it). A political satire for our time.

There is more PRIVATE PARTY coming this fall featuring a rotating cast, so get ready for the show where a bunch of strangers inexplicably tattooed their bodies (seriously)!!!
